GOLDSTRIKE CARD INSPIRATION AGREEMENT & RELEASE

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I voluntarily submit my name, likeness, photographs, ideas, stories, character concepts, descriptions, artwork references, and any other information provided through this application ("Submitted Materials") for consideration by Johnny's Treasure Quest LLC and its affiliated brands, including GoldStrike Trading Card Game.

I understand that my submission may be used as inspiration for a character, card, relic, hero, villain, location, storyline, artwork, game mechanic, lore element, promotional material, or other creative content within the GoldStrike universe and related projects.

I grant Johnny's Treasure Quest LLC a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, create derivative works from, and otherwise utilize my Submitted Materials, likeness, image, name, character concepts, and related content in any media now known or developed in the future.

I understand and agree that:

• Submission of an application does not guarantee selection, publication, inclusion, or appearance in any GoldStrike product, card set, booster pack, promotional material, game, website, social media platform, or future release.

• Selection is entirely at the discretion of Johnny's Treasure Quest LLC and its creative team.

• Artwork, character designs, abilities, names, biographies, lore, appearance, rarity, mechanics, and all final creative decisions remain solely under the control of Johnny's Treasure Quest LLC, its artists, designers, writers, and development team.

• Any character, card, or content inspired by my submission may differ significantly from the materials I originally submitted.

• Johnny's Treasure Quest LLC may combine, modify, alter, expand, simplify, or reinterpret submitted concepts in any manner deemed appropriate.

• I waive and release any claim to ownership, approval rights, creative control, royalties, licensing fees, compensation, residuals, profits, or future payments arising from the use of my Submitted Materials.

• I understand that no monetary compensation, royalties, or other consideration will be provided in exchange for my submission or for any resulting character, card, artwork, storyline, or game content.

• I understand that selected applicants may be publicly announced by Johnny's Treasure Quest LLC through websites, livestreams, social media, promotional materials, booster pack announcements, Hall of Legends listings, or other communications.

• I understand that becoming an inspiration for a GoldStrike card or character is intended as a community recognition opportunity and the chance to become part of the ongoing GoldStrike legend and mythology.

By submitting this application, I certify that I am at least 18 years of age, or that I have the permission of my parent or legal guardian to participate.

I further certify that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this release.
