• The Ultimate Adventure Bundle includes admission to multiple events occurring throughout the 2026 season.• Event dates, locations, schedules, activities, prizes, and formats may be modified if necessary due to weather, safety concerns, venue requirements, operational needs, legal requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.• Some events may require travel throughout Michigan.• Certain activities may involve walking, hiking, outdoor environments, public spaces, parks, trails, streets, and other locations.• A smartphone with internet access is recommended for participation in many JTQ activities and events.• Participants are responsible for their own transportation, lodging, meals (unless otherwise specified), equipment, preparation, and personal safety.• Participants must obey all applicable laws and respect all public and private property.• No trespassing, digging, vandalism, destruction of property, unsafe conduct, harassment, or illegal activity is permitted at any JTQ event or activity.• Family Reunion meal tickets are subject to availability and venue limitations.

LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS
By purchasing, registering for, attending, participating in, or otherwise engaging with any portion of the Ultimate Adventure Bundle, participants acknowledge and voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation.
Such risks may include, but are not limited to:
• Travel-related risks• Vehicle transportation risks• Outdoor recreation risks• Hiking and walking hazards• Uneven terrain• Weather conditions• Insect and animal encounters• Water hazards• Physical activity• Navigation and route selection• Public environments• Crowds and gatherings• Virtual event participation• Use of websites, applications, QR codes, digital content, and electronic communications• Any other known or unknown risks associated with participation in recreational, educational, social, entertainment, adventure, or treasure-hunting activities
Participants understand that participation is entirely voluntary and assume full responsibility for their own actions, decisions, conduct, safety, health, and wellbeing.
Participants agree to release, waive, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Johnny's Treasure Quest (JTQ), JTQ Adventure Guild, JTQ Studios, event organizers, owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, partners, affiliates, venues, landowners, licensors, vendors, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, illnesses, costs, expenses, attorney fees, or obligations arising directly or indirectly from participation in any JTQ event, activity, challenge, hunt, gathering, reunion, contest, promotion, or related experience.
This release applies to all activities included within the Ultimate Adventure Bundle, including but not limited to:

Participants under 18 years of age must have permission from and be supervised by a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.
Johnny's Treasure Quest reserves the right to refuse participation, remove participants, modify event rules, substitute prizes, alter event formats, postpone events, relocate events, suspend activities, or cancel events when deemed necessary for safety, legal compliance, operational requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Purchase of the Ultimate Adventure Bundle constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
