By participating in the JTQ St. Clair County Treasure Expedition™, participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with travel, outdoor activity, weather conditions, navigation, physical exertion, public environments, and participation in the event.
Participants agree to release and hold harmless Johnny's Treasure Quest, JTQ, its owners, affiliates, sponsors, partners, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any and all liability, injury, loss, damage, accident, claim, or expense arising from participation in this event.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
