Bronze Ticket Prize Claim Instructions:
1) Simply select the prize that matches the prize you won which is printed on your bronze ticket.
2) Enter the 10 digit prize redemption code found on your bronze ticket during the checkout process.
3) *PHOTO PROOF REQUIRED* A valid drivers license or state ID for proof of residency and age verification along with the redemption copy of the bronze ticket must be submitted electronically to info@johnnystreasurequest.com.  Additionally the Original Prize Redemption Portion of the Bronze Ticket must be mailed in via USPS to :

Once we have recieved and verified your information & bronze ticket - your prize will them be sent out to you and shipped right to your door.  Prizes will be shipped promptly, however it may take up to 5 business days for our verification process to complete.
