Enter for a chance to win one (1) Virtual Treasure Hunt ticket — no purchase necessary. Each person may submit one (1) entry only.
Drawing information:
- Live drawing: November 1, 2025 at 8:30 PM ET
- Where: Johnny’s Treasure Quest Facebook page and Johnny’s Treasure Quest YouTube channel
- Winner will be announced live and contacted after the drawing.
- Please ensure you include the correct mailing address for your ticket to be sent to.
 
Eligibility & entry limits:
- One entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
- No purchase necessary to enter or win.
- Only entries submitted prior to November 1 at 7:00 PM ET will be included in the drawing.
 
By entering, you agree to be bound by the official rules.

LIABILITY WAIVER, RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION
(Valid for all Michigan events)
By purchasing a ticket or participating in Johnny’s Treasure Quest (“Event”), you agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge the inherent risks (e.g., uneven terrain, weather, wildlife, physical activity, open water, etc.) and voluntarily accept them.
2. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, you release and hold harmless Johnny’s Treasure Quest, its owners, affiliates, sponsors, contractors, volunteers, agents, and any landowners (“Released Parties”) from all claims for injury, death, damage, loss, or liability arising from the Event, whether due to negligence or not.
3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and defend the Released Parties from any claims arising from your actions, omissions, or breach of this agreement.
4. Emergency Care
You authorize Event staff to arrange emergency medical care if needed. You are financially responsible for related costs.
5. Rule Compliance
You agree to follow all Event rules, signs, directions, and applicable laws.
6. Publicity Release
You grant permission for Johnny’s Treasure Quest to use your image, likeness, or recordings from the Event for promotional use without compensation.
7. Severability
If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Michigan law. Venue for legal actions will be in Macomb County, MI.
9. Acknowledgement
You certify you are 18 or older (or have guardian approval) and understand this waiver waives significant rights, including the right to sue.
EVENT RULES (Summary)
Participation implies full agreement with these rules.
1. Public Land Only
All clues and caches are placed only on public-access areas (parks, trails, etc.). Do not enter private property.
2. Follow All Posted Rules
Obey all signs, regulations, and closures. Alert staff if a clue is unreachable due to closure.
3. Respect Nature and Property
Leave no trace. Don’t remove or damage any natural or man-made feature.
4. No Reckless Behavior
Do not put yourself or others at risk (e.g., climbing unsafe structures, entering restricted areas). Report risky clue placements.
5. Obey Event Staff & Officials
Follow all directions from staff, volunteers, and park personnel. Noncompliance may result in removal or disqualification.
6. Obey All Laws
You must follow all local, state, and federal laws, including traffic and firearm regulations.
7. Be Prepared
You are responsible for your own safety. Wear suitable gear and carry water, first aid, and navigation tools. Minors must be with adults.
8. No Vandalism
Do not tamper with signs, benches, or infrastructure.
9. Pet Policy
Pets are allowed only where permitted. Keep leashed and clean up after them.
10. No Disruptive Conduct
No vandalism, theft, graffiti, harassment, or behavior that disrupts the hunt. Such actions may lead to expulsion or legal action.
11. No Drugs or Impairment
Do not participate under the influence of illegal drugs. Alcohol use must comply with local laws.
12. Prizes
Only take clearly marked Event prizes. Don’t disturb personal property or other geocaches. Report suspicious items.
13. Report Issues
Notify staff of any hazards, damage, injuries, or suspicious activity. For emergencies, call 911 first.
14. Disqualification
Violation of any rule may result in removal, forfeiture of prizes, and legal consequences.
15. Waiver Reminder
Your participation confirms your agreement to the waiver and indemnification terms above.
